Terms of service

These terms cover clinics that use Priya, the AI receptionist from GrowthBara, Bengaluru, India.

1. The service

Priya answers and makes phone calls for your clinic, answers questions from the information you approve, books, reschedules and cancels appointments, takes messages, and records each call in a Google Sheet that you own.

2. Price and billing

The plan costs ₹6,999 a month and includes 450 minutes of calls. Each minute above that costs ₹5. Unused minutes do not carry over. There is no setup fee. The plan renews monthly until you cancel before the next month starts.

3. Your information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the timings, doctors, treatments and prices you give us. Priya answers only from that information. Tell us about changes so Priya's answers stay correct.

4. Not medical advice

Priya is not a medical professional. She does not diagnose, prescribe or advise on treatment. Clinical decisions remain with your doctors.

5. Patient data

We process patient data only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for telling your patients that calls may be answered by an AI receptionist and recorded.

6. Availability and mistakes

We work to keep Priya available at all hours, but phone networks and online services can fail. Speech recognition can mishear words. Please check bookings in your sheet. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost revenue, caused by an outage or a misheard call.

7. Changes

We may update these terms or the price. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect.
